Halley is a hunger-relief veteran and has spent her entire career in the field. At GFN, Halley works on data collection, analysis, and reporting of Network reach, operations, and programming. She also served as lead researcher on GFN publications Các State of Global FoodBankingWaste Not, Want Not (Advancing the SDGs) and assisted in the development of Các quốc gia khỏe mạnh bắt đầu từ những đứa trẻ khỏe mạnh: Bài học từ Ngân hàng Thực phẩm GFN. A seasoned research professional, Halley brings experience to GFN from Feeding America—where she served as ten years as the Director of Research—and from Feed the Children, The Houston Food Bank, The Congressional Hunger Center—where she was in the second class of Hunger Fellows—and a consulting firm specializing in outcomes measurement and policy advocacy for nonprofits, corporations, and foundations active in humanitarian assistance. She holds a master’s degree in social service administration from the University of Chicago.
